JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We are looking for a Security Architecture Advisor for various large-scale projects.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES ::

Design secure technological solutions necessary for the advancement of projects under their responsibility and develop detailed architectures in their field of expertise, configurations, and implementation plans for solutions meeting the evolving needs and technological targets of the organization.

Act as a security advisory expert in their field of specialty to various stakeholders and governing bodies.

Perform needs analyses, performance capacity analyses, and implementation cost analyses, and determine appropriate strategies.

Represent their unit to various committees and departments in connection with the mandates entrusted to them.

Coordinate a team of professionals during implementation projects and perform the required alignments.

Participate in the development of operational targets and their transition strategy.

Ensure a monitoring role to understand and anticipate current trends and best practices in their field of expertise.

Ensure the quality of deliverables for the projects under their responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline

A minimum of eight years of relevant experience

Experience in agile mode and squads (an asset). Please note that other combinations of relevant training and experience may be considered

Intermediate level knowledge of English

Specific knowledge

Knowledge of best practices in identity management, authentication, and access authorization to IT assets

Knowledge of products and technologies allowing the effective application of authentication and authorization in a large enterprise

Knowledge of card payment systems, applicable regulations, and related security and compliance particularities

Knowledge of application security and applicable methodologies

Knowledge of network security and applicable solutions, including firewalls, IPS, IDS, SIEM, NGFW, proxies, gateways, Wifi, segmentation,

Knowledge of cloud security and applicable solutions

Knowledge of systems security, including operating systems, database management systems,

concepts of hardening, deployment of global policies, BYOD, NGAV, EDR, assessment, updates, etc.
