Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Delivery Manager who can help teams and clients navigate complexity, create clarity, and achieve meaningful outcomes. You'll work closely with engineers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery while creating an environment where teams can do their best work. Project, teams, requirements & duties What we're looking for You probably recognize yourself in the following: You have experience leading software delivery initiatives, projects, products, or development teams.

You understand Agile software delivery principles and have hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.

You understand how software products are built and successfully delivered.

You enjoy building trusted relationships with both teams and clients.

You know how to balance customer expectations, business priorities, and team needs.

You proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

You communicate clearly, facilitate discussions effectively, and help stakeholders make informed decisions.

You are curious, pragmatic, and continuously looking for better ways of working.

You embrace AI-assisted ways of working and actively explore how modern tools can improve productivity, collaboration, and delivery outcomes.

You are fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Provide visibility into progress, plans, and delivery outcomes.

Participate in estimation, solution shaping, and presales activities.

Use delivery metrics and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Encourage the adoption of modern tools, automation, and AI-assisted ways of working.

Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Nice to have Experience working in consulting, outsourcing, or product-oriented environments.

Exposure to cloud, data, AI/ML, or platform modernization initiatives.

Scrum, Agile, PMP, Prince2, SAFe, or similar certifications.
