Job Position: HR Executive Job Responsibilities: Payroll & Benefits Management: Process monthly end-to-end payroll for full-time and part-time employees across the entire group

Handle CPF submissions and annual IRAS tax submissions.

Handle all staff insurance matters.

Update employee medical insurance lists (inclusions/deletions) via the PruworksHR portal and submit insurance claims.

Apply for and process various government claims, including maternity leave, paternity leave, childcare leave, foreign worker levy waivers, and government training grants (e.g., Absentee Payroll Funding).

Organize staff birthday celebrations, issue birthday cards and vouchers, and prepare Chinese New Year Ang Paos.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding: Update job descriptions, post vacancies on portals and review candidates.

Apply for and renew various foreign work passes (EP, SP, WP, DP, LOC) and arrange medical check-ups.

Process onboarding for new hires by setting up personnel files (p-files), drafting employment contracts, and arranging Food Hygiene Certificate (FHC) training.

Set up company email accounts and system accesses for new employees.

Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, IR21 tax clearance submissions, calculation of final pay, and retrieval of company properties.

HR Operations & Administration: Draft and release memos or HR announcements regarding updated company policies or staff promotions.

Draft various HR letters, including confirmation, increment, warning, termination, and verification of employment letters.

Administer and maintain HR systems for e-attendance, e-leave, and e-performance appraisals.

Manage company properties including office keys, laptops, mobile phones, and Microsoft licenses.

Act as the first point of HR contact

Process Work Injury Compensation (WICA) claims and submit iReports within the stipulated timeframe.

Process custom duty payments for the Brewery Department via Global Etrade Services.

Conduct alternate-week site visits to the operational venues.

Manage the office cleaner's schedule and purchase office groceries.

Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Minimum 4 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR and Payroll processes.

Experience in handling payroll for more than 150 headcounts.

Well versed with Singapore Employment Law.

Highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask.

A team player who is positive, proactive, and possesses good communication skills.

Preferably with experience in the F&B industry.
