For an international market leader in the Roeselare region, Let's Work is looking for an assembly worker in 2 shifts.

In this position, you will accurately assemble both small and large components based on technical plans. You will alternate between serial production and custom work and actively contribute to a high-quality final product. You will start with a wage from €16 per hour, depending on your experience, supplemented with meal vouchers. Additionally, you will receive thorough training and work in a modern production environment where innovation is central.

What does your workday look like as a metal worker?

• You assemble large and small components according to technical drawings
• You check the quality of your assembly work using measuring instruments such as a roll meter and caliper
• You process production orders correctly in the ERP-systeem
• You alternate between serial production and custom projects
• During the shift handover, you coordinate activities with your colleagues
• Where necessary, you support colleagues at other workstations
• Experience in assembly or mounting will ensure you find your way quickly
• Interpreting technical plans and measuring accurately are among your skills
• You work with an eye for detail and always strive for a high-quality final result
• You quickly pick up new assembly processes and working methods
• You speak English fluently for good communication on the shop floor. Dutch is a nice plus
• Working in a 2-shift system fits perfectly within your schedule
