Your tasks

• Starting up, operating, and adjusting production machines.
• Monitoring the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions or contacting the technical team when necessary.
• Following production schedules and meeting productivity targets.
• Performing quality checks to maintain high product standards.
• Ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork.
• Supporting daily operations on the production floor.
• Following safety, hygiene, and food quality regulations.
• Previous experience in production or a similar environment.
• Basic technical knowledge and an interest in working with machinery.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Good command of English.
• Availability to work in a 2-shift system.
• Strong team spirit and a hands-on mentality.
• Forklift experience or certification is considered an advantage.
