Health, Safety, Environment Technician (M/F)

The Health, Safety, and Environment Technician is responsible for deploying the Safety and Environmental policy across the entire company (4 sites) and reports to the Industrial Director.

He/she ensures compliance with standards and regulations and masters the regulatory and normative requirements related to hygiene, safety, environment, fire, and ICPE.

Position available immediately.

** Your Main Missions:

HEALTH/SAFETY

• Analysis, Evaluation, and prevention of risks to reduce AT MP, incidents
• Management of a PRAP approach, a TMS Pro approach
• Management of an SGS (Safety Management System), Management and updating of a DUERP
• Management of regulatory controls
• Interaction with external bodies (CARSAT, DDETS, DREAL..)

ENVIRONMENT

• Management and follow-up of ICPE files, Management of a PAE
• Environmental analysis, Management of eco-responsibility (Energy, water, waste, effluents, emissions.)

COMPLEMENTARY MISSIONS

• Conducting internal audits (safety and environment), and awareness sessions
• Deployment and animation of HSE-oriented indicators
• Permanent monitoring of regulations and legislation regarding health, safety, and environment
• Management of external companies

** Your Profile:

• You are recognized for your Autonomy, your reactivity, and your rigor.
• You possess a methodical and pragmatic spirit and know how to demonstrate pedagogical skills.
• You master English and Pack Office tools, and your interpersonal skills allow you to interact with various external stakeholders.
• BAC + 2 (BTS or DUT specialized in Safety and Environment) with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Or Bac + 5 (Engineer, Master, etc.) with 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Day shift position
• Driving license B required to travel to our various sites
• Salary to be defined according to profile
