PMO Engineer required in the construction field

Lasico is recruiting a PMO Engineer for a Data Center project to join the project management team in a complex and dynamic project.

The role includes responsibility for planning, coordination, reporting, and control of execution activities throughout the project lifecycle, while working with a variety of interfaces and ensuring compliance with AWS requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Planning and control of work plans and schedules.
• Management and coordination of MCM processes.
• Management of work permits and approvals with all relevant parties.
• Ongoing coordination between execution, operations, security, commissioning teams, and suppliers.
• Management and control of project documents.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying deviations, and producing status reports.
• Supporting commissioning processes and project handover.
• Working with the client and stakeholders, while managing multiple interfaces.
• Risk management and control of change processes throughout the project.
• Participation in meetings - daily coordination meetings, weekly planning meetings, operational meetings, security meetings.

Degree

• In Industrial Engineering and Management or a relevant field.

Experience and Abilities

• Previous experience in a PMO role or in project management and control - Mandatory.
• High capabilities in planning, organization, and coordination.
• Experience working with a large number of interfaces simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with AWS work processes and standards – a significant advantage.
• Experience in change management and in work permit management systems – an advantage.
• Full proficiency in Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel; experience in project management systems – an advantage.
• High level of English.
