Key responsibilities:

• Organize and lead all the restaurant operations, activities and schedule
• Respond to requests or complaints, with customer-oriented approach
• Oversee storage, check the quality of the products, order supplies
• Ensure that all the health and safety regulations are kept, as well as the hygiene and sanitation
• Training and motivate the employees, evaluate their performance
• Monitor operational costs

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management
• 2 years minimum experience in a similar position within a luxury property
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
• Prooved experience in a hotel F&B department
• Knowledge of wine and spirits
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
• Manage and achieve financial targets
• Communication and leadership skills, teamwork, pleasant personality
• Customer-oriented approach and customer satisfaction
• Previous experience with LQA and / or Forbes Standards will be considered a strong advantage
