Kid’s Club Manager Set on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, Lesante Cape is more than a luxury resort – it is a village by the sea, created around the authentic spirit of the island. We are looking for a Kid’s Club Manager who will oversee the daily operation of our Kid’s Club, ensuring a safe, engaging and high-quality environment where our youngest guests can enjoy creative, educational and entertaining experiences throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of the Kid’s Club, ensuring a smooth and well-organized service. Lead, coordinate and supervise the Kid’s Club team. Plan and oversee a diverse program of age-appropriate activities, games and creative experiences. Ensure the highest standards of child safety, hygiene and wellbeing are consistently maintained. Create a warm, welcoming and professional environment for children and their families. Ensure that activities are delivered with creativity, care and attention to each child’s individual needs. Maintain effective communication with parents and respond professionally to their requests and expectations. Monitor the condition, cleanliness and safe use of all Kid’s Club facilities, toys and equipment. Handle any incidents or situations involving children with discretion, responsibility and professionalism. Coordinate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless family guest experience. Contribute new ideas and initiatives that enhance the overall Kid’s Club offering and guest experience. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Previous experience in a Kid’s Club, childcare, education, hospitality or similar environment, preferably in a supervisory role. Experience working with children of different age groups. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, warm and approachable personality. Patience, responsibility and genuine interest in working with children. Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high service standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Excellent command of English, additional languages will be considered an advantage. Studies in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Education, Hospitality or a related field will be considered an advantage. First Aid certification will be considered an advantage.
