To meet the needs of our global partners, from family farms to the main players in the animal feed industry, we seek optimal and sustainable solutions to improve animal health, well-being, and performance. To help farmers reduce their use of antibiotics, we develop tailor-made solutions for microbiota and immunity optimization, formulated according to proven scientific data and clinical trials. We provide a complete range of exclusive probiotics adapted to the life cycle of different species, from pets to livestock, fish, or insects.
Reporting to the Project Management Officer (PMO) of the Phileo by Lesaffre Business Unit, your role will consist of ensuring the definition, planning, and execution of high-stakes and strategic projects involving different departments. Your missions will notably consist of:
- Taking charge of steering strategic projects, from definition to implementation
- Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and objectives, as well as customer satisfaction
- Coordinating project teams, leading meetings, and documenting projects
- Evaluating and prioritizing the resource needs necessary for project completion
- Anticipating and managing risks, adjusting projects according to context and constraints
- Ensuring regular reporting via steering tools and meetings
- Participating in the dissemination of project management best practices within the company
You are an Engineer, coming from a scientific curriculum or a Master's degree with a specialty in Agronomy, Nutrition or Animal Health, Microbiology (or equivalent). You have successful experience in managing complex projects, ideally in an international and matrix environment (minimum 8 years). You master project management methods and tools. You are recognized for your organization and rigor at work. You have a keen sense of teamwork and enjoy interacting with a large number of people. A good communicator, you speak English (B2-C1). You wish to grow within an international group and evolve in a B.U. with exciting and dynamic projects!
