PERSON FOR THE POSITION OF LOGISTICS, EXPORT AND IMPORT SPECIALIST (M/F)

We are a company with 170 years of experience that combines tradition with innovation. Currently, we are looking for a person for the position of: LOGISTICS, EXPORT AND IMPORT SPECIALIST

Workplace: Wołczyn

What will be your responsibilities? receiving and confirming orders from foreign customers entering orders into the SAP ERP system, planning and organizing international transport, creating deliveries and passing orders for fulfillment invoicing product sales / issuing corrective invoices responding to the needs of customers in foreign markets on an ongoing basis cooperation with state institutions and customs agencies within export and import procedures cooperation with other departments in the company

What do we expect from you? higher education (or currently studying) knowledge of English at B2 level ease in establishing contacts and building relationships with customers high-level communication and teamwork skills commitment, independence in action, and good work organization ability to behave in non-standard and difficult situations, also under time pressure good knowledge of the MS Office suite The following will also be welcome:

experience in customer service, particularly in foreign trade ability to operate the SAP system
