Main Responsibilities: Your global market vision must allow for the mapping of existing industrial manufacturers in the Argentine market. Provide technical assistance, courses, and demonstrations to different Key Customers, Industrial Bakeries, and Mills through your technical knowledge both in the field and at the Baking Center. Plan and carry out baking trials of the yeast's fermentative power, necessary baking tests, through a protocol for the launch of new products and/or improvement of current ones, as well as the family of additives, premixes, sourdoughs and/or derivative products and/or milling. Perform control tests, Benchmarking of our products, as well as those of our competitors, to be able to analyze performance in the main industrial applications. Prepare result reports and internal presentations for the commercial and/or technical department. Prepare and issue reports on your activities and on the activities and operations carried out in the field and/or Baking Center, with the frequency and form requested by your superiors. Pay attention to market news (products, promotions, techniques, etc.) Seek business opportunities in new customers and Key Accounts seeking Continuous Improvement in their processes and products in order to strengthen the group's position in the market. Perform sample preparation, data analysis using statistical tools, and all activities related to sensory panel tastings. Create a strong relationship with the customer's technical decision-makers, through visits, receptions at the local/regional or Corporate BC, but also through various communication tools (participation in seminars, writing technical articles, etc.) Be able to technically feed your interlocutors, staying informed of current legislation at local and regional levels, staying up to date with new launches at the group level, maintaining your technical level of ingredients and processes through the links created with local equipment manufacturers, schools, and universities. Perform follow-up visits for customer loyalty and identification of new opportunities.
Education: University degree (engineer or Lic. in biochemistry or food science, chemist, or equivalent) or proven suitability approved by the Regional Technical Assistance Manager. Experience: 5 years in the bakery, additives and/or ingredients, or milling industry EXCLUSIVE. Knowledge: Good knowledge of techniques and equipment of the bakery industry. Knowledge of additives and/or ingredients in companies of the sector and/or food industries. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. Technical Skills: Experience in the R&D area, related to industry additives and milling EXCLUSIVE. Advanced command of the English language EXCLUSIVE. Command of the French language desirable. Curiosity and analytical capacity that allow for the implementation of solutions according to the required degree of specialization. Spirit of synthesis, identifying and understanding the expectations and constraints of your interlocutors to adjust your proposals and translate needs into action plans or product offers.
