Within the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Legal and Internal Audit department of Lesaffre International, we are looking for (for a replacement) an assistant to support the entire Department. You show an interest in the administrative and organizational support of a team as well as in working in an international context. Main missions: Guarantor of the proper administrative and organizational management of the service, under the supervision of the GRC, Legal and Internal Audit Director and in collaboration with the other departments of the direction, you will have the following missions: On the digital aspect – help with the management of digital tools: Support for reporting needs using the Department's digital tools, and if necessary, help with drafting presentations Support for updates to the SharePoint sites used as a communication tool for the Department's "internal clients" On the administrative management aspect: Support for the organization of Lesaffre international conventions for the various departments of the Direction Be proactive in proposing ways to improve the administrative efficiency of the Department Propose logic and organization for filing folders under the Department's private SharePoint If necessary, occasionally, help with the organization of meetings (in person or remote) or the reception of participants (meals and reservations to be arranged, welcome upon arrival...) If applicable, support for administrative tasks such as receiving parcels or mail distribution On the budgetary aspect: Support for monitoring the Department's budget Be the entry point for the SAP digital tool for everything related to the budget: creation of suppliers, entry of purchase orders, and monitoring of orders placed, monitoring of invoices and the correct integration of all this data Be the guarantor of the monitoring of the invoicing process and the use of SAP by members of the Department Depending on the subjects, you may be required to work autonomously on certain files entrusted to you by your line manager as well as by their team.

Education: With higher education (Bac +2/+3) in bilingual or trilingual assistance, you have acquired a first experience (at least 5 years) ideally in an international context. Technical skills: Your writing skills, your ability to synthesize, your rigor, and your precision allow you to make a recognized contribution within a GRC, Legal and Internal Audit Department of Lesaffre International. Possessing a desire to learn and to constantly improve, open to changes as well as to new technologies including the adaptation of working methods (digitalization of services rendered), you master Office 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, PowerBI, Outlook, and Powerpoint. Given the international nature of the position, mastery of English (spoken and written) is an indispensable condition. Experience in an international environment would be a plus.
