Export Sales Assistant (M/F)

An internationally renowned wine house generating nearly 75% of its turnover from Exports, LES VINS GEORGES DUBOEUF is dedicated to promoting the finest terroirs of Beaujolais and Mâconnais throughout the world.

Following the retirement of one of our employees, we are looking for an Export Sales Assistant (M/F) to strengthen our team and ensure the continuity of our international market monitoring.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will join a human-sized team and work in close collaboration with your Export Area Manager and the various departments of the company.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

• Ensure the receipt, registration, and follow-up of customer orders in the assigned markets
• Ensure daily exchanges with customers and agents, in connection with the Export Area Manager, and respond to commercial and administrative requests
• Participate in updating price lists, customer files, and product files
• Transmit the technical and regulatory information necessary for the marketing of products
• Provide support to area managers in the follow-up of their customer portfolios
• Monitor invoice payments and perform reminders
• Organize and ensure logistical follow-up with freight forwarders
• Prepare and provide the documents necessary for shipments

YOUR PROFILE:

You hold a higher education degree in the commercial field, sales administration, or international trade. You have a first experience in sales administration or sales assistance in an international environment.

You master professional English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in another foreign language would be appreciated.

Experience in the wine and spirits sector will be an asset for this position.

Naturally rigorous, organized, and reactive, you know how to manage several files simultaneously and meet deadlines. You have good interpersonal skills and a real sense of customer service. You enjoy teamwork and are comfortable with various interlocutors. Your ability to adapt, your autonomy, and your team spirit will be essential qualities to succeed in this position.

Full-time position - CDI - Position based in Romanèche-Thorins (71) Probationary period: 2 months renewable for 1 month Salary range: €28,000 to €33,000 over 13 months
