Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will join a human-sized team and work in close collaboration with your Export Area Manager and the various departments of the company.

Your main missions

Sales activity management:

Ensure the receipt, registration, and follow-up of customer orders in the assigned markets

Ensure daily exchanges with customers and agents, in connection with the export area manager, and respond to commercial and administrative requests

Participate in updating prices, customer files, and product files

Transmit the technical and regulatory information necessary for the marketing of products

Provide support to area managers in the follow-up of their customer portfolios

Monitor invoice payments and perform payment reminders

Administrative and logistical sales management

Organize and ensure logistical follow-up with freight forwarders (requests for quotations, transport preparation, receiving carriers, transmission of DAE...)

Prepare and make available the documents necessary for shipments and ensure their follow-up

Ensure follow-up of administrative and regulatory requirements applicable to the relevant markets

You hold a higher education degree in the commercial field, sales administration, or international trade.

You have a first experience in sales administration or commercial assistance in an international environment.

You master professional English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in another foreign language would be appreciated.

Experience in the wine and spirits sector will be an asset for this position.

By nature rigorous, organized, and reactive, you know how to manage several files simultaneously and meet deadlines.

You have good interpersonal skills and a real sense of customer service. You enjoy teamwork and are comfortable with various interlocutors.
