Your tasks

Reporting to the Export Sales Administration Manager, your missions will be as follows:

• Entry and follow-up of orders
• Management of the documentary package
• Management of disputes and payment reminders
• Primary contact for customers and sales representatives in charge of the zone
• Control and application of commercial agreements
• Creation and maintenance of commercial conditions in the software

Requirements

You hold a Bac +2 degree and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You are autonomous, rigorous, reactive, have a sense of organization, and possess a solid capacity for adaptation. You have a good command of English (reading, speaking, and writing). Knowledge of the ERP SAGE X3 would be a plus. Your interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers will be a valuable asset in successfully carrying out your missions.
