🎯 Your objective: Take the eCommerce experience of one of the most beautiful international outdoor sports brands to the next level: interfaces that convert, elevate the brand, and set a new standard of UI excellence, on an international scale.

In 5 hashtags, that looks like 👉 #UIDesign #eCommerce #DesignSystem #International #Outdoor 🍒 on the 🎂: you are joining a dream brand, with a truly solid UX/UI level and a particularly advanced Figma design system.

🚀 Your main missions: Elevate the UI level of all eCommerce journeys: you are expected to be the UI point of reference for the team, capable of upgrading deliverables, standards, and practices.

Translate user needs, UX insights, and business challenges into clear, effective, and engaging mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and journeys.

Work hand in hand with Product Owners, the UX Researcher, front-end developers, CRO, eCommerce, and marketing teams to move projects forward smoothly.

Actively contribute to the design system on Figma: components, states, documentation, design tokens, consistency of usage, and handoff with devs.

Participate in user testing, analyze feedback, challenge design choices, and iterate quickly to improve experience and conversion.

Carry a true strategic design culture: you don't just produce screens, you question, you frame, you align, and you pull the whole team upward.

💛 Your team: The company: a leading international brand in the outdoor sports universe, born in the Alps, recognized for its technical and innovative products in skiing, trail running, hiking, mountaineering, and mountain sports.

Your team: the UX/UI team, composed of 4 people. A high-level, agile, and highly cross-functional team, working on eCommerce topics as well as other digital tools.

Your manager: the Lead UX/UI of the team. An experienced manager, having worked in both agencies and client-side, very pedagogical, autonomous in her management, solution-oriented, curious, unifying, and already very engaged in AI topics.

Your interlocutors: Product Owners, developers, UX Researcher, data analyst, CRO, eCommerce, marketing teams, external agencies, and end users.

💻 Your working conditions: Your office: the company headquarters, located about ten minutes north of Annecy, in a very bright environment, with large spaces, parking, electric charging stations, and a true nature living setting. Carpooling scheme in place.

On-site canteen.

Your compensation package: Fixed: between 60 and 65k€ depending on your experience. Paid over 13 months.

Variable: 5% based on achieving your individual objectives.

Participation/Profit-sharing: an average of one month's salary per year, so approximately 5k€/year (non-contractual).

75% coverage of your health insurance and your transport pass.

Other benefits: significant discounts on products, private sales, and very advantageous CE (Employee Committee) benefits, especially for sports and family activities.

Your rhythm: 25 days of paid leave per year.

11 RTT (reduction of working time) days per year.

Up to 3 days of remote work per week, within a limit of 10 days per month.

Your experience & skills: You have at least 7 years of experience in UI Design, with a portfolio showing ambitious eCommerce projects and a true level of visual excellence.

You master Figma, design systems, components, interface states, design documentation, and handoff logic with developers.

You have already worked on complex online conversion journeys: ideally eCommerce, or lead generation heavily oriented towards funnels/performance.

You speak English fluently; French is a real plus.

Your personality: Autonomous and proactive, you seek out information, provoke the right exchanges, and know how to move your topics forward without needing your hand held.

Pedagogical and collaborative, you know how to bring various profiles (PO, devs, marketing, UX, CRO) together around clear and reasoned design decisions.

Demanding but pragmatic, you know how to defend UI quality while taking into account technical constraints, performance, accessibility, and feasibility.

My recruiter's opinion on this job: A very beautiful job for a UI Designer who wants to reach a new level: an international brand that inspires dreams, an exceptional living environment in Annecy, concrete eCommerce topics, and a rare level of design system/UX/product. Here, we are not looking for someone to "make screens," but a true Gem capable of challenging, structuring, aligning, and making the eCommerce experience of an iconic brand shine. In short: beautiful design, real product, the mountains... Hard to find anything more seductive! Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
