  • Ensure fluid and proactive communication between different offices, clients, agents, and service providers regarding shipment progress
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and service providers to foster loyalty and business growth, and quality levels
  • Proactively track shipments and regularly inform clients of their status while anticipating and managing any potential delays or anomalies
  • Identify, analyze, and quickly resolve operational problems to minimize disruptions and maintain service excellence

Position from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 18:00 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics sector, with expertise in maritime import/export transit.
