EXPORT COMMISSIONING TECHNICIAN (M/F)
Our client, a French company specializing in the design, manufacture, and integration of complete automated packaging and transport solutions, operates internationally. For over 50 years, it has supported industrial manufacturers in automating their production lines through high-performance and reliable equipment. The company designs end-of-line solutions providing bagging, palletizing, stretch wrapping, and shrink wrapping. The company distinguishes itself through its technical expertise, capacity for innovation, and the reliability of its equipment. Currently undergoing strong development, it is strengthening its teams and is looking for its future Export Commissioning Technician (M/F).
The position:
The Commissioning Technician ensures the commissioning of machines marketed by the company at client sites. They coordinate the production startup phase while respecting contractual deadlines. They manage the installation handover with the client and ensure the finalization of the service on-site. They perform after-sales service, expertise, and troubleshooting tasks. The main activities related to the job are as follows: . Putting the installation into production in compliance with the technical file and safety instructions. . Optimizing the settings and operation of the installations. . Guaranteeing the reliability of the installations in terms of cadence and availability rate. . Backing up all programs at the end of the project for distribution to the stationary team. . Managing the installation handover to the client by obtaining the signed final acceptance report. . Taking part in tests within our workshops upon request from management. . Supervising internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. . Training clients on the proper operation of the installations. . Providing technical advice to clients. . Updating the technical documentation for any modification made on-site, following management approval, and reporting to the stationary team. . Preparing site documents, having them signed by the client, and then transmitting them to the stationary team. . Carrying out after-sales service and troubleshooting missions - perform, diagnose, treat, and report. . Alerting their manager of any non-conformity. . Ensuring the Client / Company relationship and communication. . Providing internal training for people joining the company or Group technicians upon request from management. . Assisting the stationary team in the office upon request from management.
Profile sought:
Technical skills: Level BAC + 2 /3 in the field of industrial maintenance / industrial automation or equivalent professional experience, . Good knowledge in the fields of Maintenance, Automation, and Electricity. . Ability to read industrial drawings (mechanical + electrical + automation). . Mastery of wiring and automation techniques for installations. . Proficiency in English and/or German. . Mastery of IT tools. . Mobility: travel within France and internationally 100% of the working time. . Must have a B driver's license. . Certifications: CACES: forklift, aerial work platform, harness, electricity, chemical risks. Professional behavioral skills: . Having an analytical mind. . Being able to take initiative. .
