About the company

A world leader in B2B distribution, our group relies on strong family roots, solid financial stability, and IT that serves as a true engine for transformation. More than 1,000 IT employees work every day to support business challenges and drive the company's development. Today, our IT subsidiary is taking a new step in structuring its cybersecurity. We already possess operational technical expertise, led by a CISO in charge of deploying and administering security solutions. We now wish to strengthen our governance by recruiting a profile capable of taking a high-level view, engaging in dialogue with executive leadership, and making security a culture shared by all.

Your tasks

The position: Give cybersecurity a strategic dimension! Your mission: build, structure, and embody our cybersecurity governance. Reporting to the DSI, you will be the preferred interlocutor for business departments and General Management to transform cyber challenges into concrete, understandable, and value-creating decisions.

Your missions: four pillars to make a difference

  1. Define strategy and persuade
  • Develop, evolve, and manage the information systems security policy.
  • Translate cyber threats into concrete business risks that are understandable to decision-makers.
  • Present and defend action plans, priorities, and necessary investments to Management.
  • Support business teams in integrating security challenges into their projects and decisions.
  1. Structure governance and strengthen resilience
  • Implement a clear, coherent, and sustainable governance framework.
  • Lead the development and updating of business continuity and disaster recovery plans (PCA/PRA).
  • Organize and coordinate crisis exercises to test the company's preparedness.
  • Monitor risks, remediation plans, and indicators to measure cyber maturity.
  1. Develop a true cybersecurity culture
  • Design and deploy awareness actions adapted to the various audiences within the company.
  • Evolve behaviors by prioritizing pedagogy, buy-in, and accountability.
  • Mobilize employees and managers around security best practices.
  • Make cybersecurity a collective reflex rather than an additional constraint.
  1. Ensure alignment with Group standards
  • Collaborate closely with international cybersecurity teams.
  • Implement Group policies and requirements within the context of our subsidiary.
  • Ensure consistency of practices and compliance with applicable security standards.
  • Find the right balance between compliance, pragmatism, and operational agility.

Requirements

  • You master professional English, with a minimum B2 level, to interact with international teams.
  • Beyond skills, we will value your humility, pragmatism, team spirit, and your ability to take a high-level view.
  • You do not necessarily already hold the title of CISO. What matters is your potential, your maturity, and your desire to carry a strategic vision of cybersecurity.
