Experienced ERP Warehouse Worker (M/F)

We are recruiting for our client, an experienced ERP Warehouse Worker (M/F) who is capable of managing all logistics from reception to shipping with full autonomy. This is an industrial SME whose manufacturing is intended for customers in aeronautics and other manufacturing sectors.

The position:

Reporting to the Director, you will have complete management of the warehouse, working autonomously. Your missions will be:

• Reception of goods, computer recording in SAP.
• Reception, cleaning, computer recording of products under repair in SAP.
• Issuing repair orders and performing the preparation and shipping of equipment.
• Boxing of received products and labeling for the workshop.
• Box preparation of the spare parts flow for order processing.
• Management of new stocks and spare parts.
• Computerized requests to carriers for shipments.
• Creating appropriate packaging for the goods, shipments, and follow-up.
• Managing shipping requirements with the administration (documents, specific requests).
• Proposing changes to procedures and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Performing annual or cycle counts and ensuring they run smoothly.

Profile sought:

You have several years of experience as a Warehouse Worker in an industrial company where you have acquired all the versatility necessary to manage a logistics warehouse with full autonomy. You know how to manage physical and computer stocks on an ERP and are quality-oriented. You are organized, a very good communicator, and are capable of exchanging via email in English with subsidiaries in the USA on a daily basis.
