Your missions
As General Manager, you ensure the functionality and development of the company (85 employees, 50Meuros turnover). You are the driving force behind the growth strategy aimed at achieving the defined objectives. To this end, you:
- Drive the global strategy of the company and ensure its operational implementation
- Consolidate activity through external growth
- Develop tailor-made activity and key accounts
- Implement sales channels (e-commerce...)
- Supervise legal entities and support functions
- Maintain the technical and premium positioning of the company
- Ensure reporting to shareholders

- Engineering background with a strong industrial and technical culture
- Significant experience in general management or strategic business development
- Established network in the aeronautics, space and/or military sectors
- Good financial mastery (P&L, acquisitions)
- Personal qualities: curiosity, mobility, adaptability, rigor, interpersonal skills
- Mastery of English indispensable
