Project Managers Director (M/F)

Our client is an international industry, specializing in the definition, design, development, manufacturing, and maintenance of industrial processes. We are looking for their Project Managers Director to accompany them in their growth.

The position:

Reporting to the Directeur Exécutions, based in Australia, you will lead an international organization (World) in charge of the delivery of complex projects. You are responsible for governance, team management, operational performance, standardization of practices, and continuous improvement within a global matrix environment. Your main missions are: ? Guarantee project delivery within the expected deadlines, costs, and quality. ? Drive planning, risk management, cost control, and portfolio performance. ? Develop and lead an international team of Managers and Project Managers (45 people). ? Strengthen quality, safety, and compliance standards. ? Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Client functions. ? Deploy project management methodologies, tools, and KPIs. ? Contribute to the execution strategy and customer satisfaction.

Profile sought:

In order to succeed in this position, we are looking for a technical profile with a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the industry, engineering, or EPC sectors. You demonstrate proven experience in managing experienced teams on an international scale. You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to influence in an international and matrix environment, and your strong financial, commercial, and contractual mastery. An excellent level of English is imperative for this position; other languages will be appreciated.
