MECHANICAL DESIGNER (M/F)

The company offers a complete range of services centered around industrial reducers and multipliers: Manufacture of speed reducers and multipliers. Design and manufacture of high-precision gears. Preventive and curative maintenance of mechanical transmissions. Inspection and diagnosis of industrial equipment. Technical assistance and on-site interventions. Engineering and development of tailor-made solutions. As part of their growth and numerous projects, we are currently recruiting their future Mechanical Designer M/F

The position:

Design of reducers -> Project monitoring -> Participate in analysis and progress meetings within the framework of the ISO 9001 standard -> Study preliminary projects with the sales department -> Analyze needs and CDC -> Design and develop assembly and detailed part drawings under SOLIDEDGE -> Creation of the bill of materials in the ERP CLIPPER -> Establish technical documentation (specifications, instructions, workshop files, manuals, ?) -> Establish the quality plan and ensure monitoring -> Control and validation of internal and external quality documents -> Provide technical support to customers and internally -> Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and specifications -> Various technical studies

Profile sought:

With a technical background (Bac+2/3), you have a successful experience of at least 2 years in functions within a mechanical design office, rotating machinery, reducers, or gears. Necessary skills: -> Rotating machinery mechanics -> Mastery of CAD software, ideally Solid Edge -> Manage the technical monitoring of the project until completion. -> Good knowledge of steels, dimensioning and tolerances, RDM, machining, heat treatments, ? -> Writing and documentation quality -> Synthesis skills -> Technical English
