As part of its strong growth, our client is looking for a Warehouse Customer Relations Officer in a CDI position to join its teams across 2 logistics sites in Seine-et-Marne (Ferrières-en-Brie and Châtres). An innovative company specializing in logistics and technological solutions dedicated to e-commerce, the company supports brands in optimizing their logistics operations and customer experience. The position:

Reporting to the operations teams, you play a central role between clients, the warehouse, and internal teams in order to guarantee optimal service quality and smooth operational execution. Customer relations & operational follow-up:

  • Respond to client requests and ensure high-quality support
  • Manage complex situations and coordinate various internal stakeholders
  • Ensure the follow-up and resolution of operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with service commitments and performance indicators
  • Participate in the follow-up of billing elements and the processing of discrepancies

Supporting client activity:

  • Identify needs and development opportunities for the client portfolio
  • Anticipate activity volumes and peak periods
  • Study the operational feasibility of specific requests
  • Propose adapted solutions regarding processes, organization, or logistics

Steering & continuous improvement:

  • Monitor KPIs and alert on potential operational risks
  • Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with clients
  • Ensure proactive communication regarding activity and actions implemented
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the customer experience

Profile sought:

You have at least 2 years of experience in an environment oriented towards customer relations, operational coordination, or account management. You have a good level of professional English. You are recognized for your organizational skills and your ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation. You enjoy dynamic and rapidly evolving environments. You have a field-oriented approach and are able to quickly understand operational challenges. You are proficient in office tools, particularly Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of a WMS is a plus. Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or operations sectors is a real asset.
