Job Summary
You will prepare dining areas, welcome and seat guests, and maintain cleanliness and order to ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up tables and arrange dining areas to meet cleanliness and presentation standards before service
- Greet guests promptly and seat them courteously to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth dining operations
- Communicate menu knowledge clearly to assist guests with inquiries
- Demonstrate attentive service by responding to guest needs and maintaining a customer-oriented approach
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service quality and operational flow
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor throughout shifts
- Manage tasks effectively under pressure while paying attention to detail
- Commit to working a minimum of 30 hours per week
Required competencies and certifications
- Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or completion of secondary school education
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food ingredients and cooking methods relevant to the menu
