Your tasks
You will prepare dining areas in a Vietnamese restaurant, welcome and seat guests, and maintain cleanliness to ensure a positive dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness to ensure a welcoming dining environment
- Greet and seat guests promptly to provide excellent first impressions
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth restaurant operations
- Communicate menu details clearly to guests to enhance their dining choices
- Apply knowledge of food ingredients and cooking methods to answer guest inquiries accurately
- Demonstrate a customer-oriented service attitude to meet guest needs effectively
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards under pressure
- Exhibit attention to detail in all tasks to uphold restaurant quality and presentation
- Adapt to changing situations and think creatively to solve service challenges
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance to represent the restaurant professionally
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certificate or Higher Certificate in F&B Service
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience
