Your tasks

As a Service Technician, you will work with service, troubleshooting, and repair of fall protection equipment. The role also involves documentation of performed work as well as certain administrative support as needed. You will become part of a cohesive team where quality, safety, and good service are in focus. Job duties

Perform service, troubleshooting, and repair of fall protection equipment and personal protective equipment.

Ensure that every repair is performed with high quality, precision, and according to applicable routines.

Document performed work and handle relevant service information.

Contribute to a safe and efficient service process.

Collaborate with colleagues to solve technical problems and ensure good customer service.

Handle multiple tasks in parallel in a structured and efficient manner.

Requirements

In the role, you are responsible for service, inspection, repair, and maintenance of fall protection equipment and personal protective equipment. Through your work, you ensure that the equipment functions as it should and meets applicable safety requirements. You will become an important part of the business and work closely with both colleagues and customers to deliver high quality and security in every assignment. About the position

Experience in mechanical or electromechanical repairs, for example from vehicles, industrial equipment, or similar technical work.

A technical interest and good practical problem-solving skills.

Ability to work meticulously, structured, and independently.

Good collaborative skills and a service-oriented attitude.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Very good knowledge of English, as the work involves daily contact with English-speaking colleagues and documentation in English.
