Precision Technician in Electronics | Junior | Stockholm
Are you meticulous, technically interested, and want to develop your skills in fine mechanics and electronics? We are looking for a junior precision technician in electronics for a long-term assignment in Stockholm. The position is suitable for you who want to work with assembly, testing, and simple troubleshooting of electronic products in a controlled and quality-driven environment.
For this position, you must be a citizen of a NATO country and be able to undergo and pass a security clearance.
About the position
As a junior precision technician, you will perform detailed assembly work, basic soldering, and functional testing under supervision. You will participate in production and testing stages, document completed work according to routines, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that quality requirements are met. The role offers the opportunity to grow technically and take more responsibility over time.
Perform precision assembly of electronic components and small mechanical parts.
Perform simple soldering and visual inspection of assembled circuits.
Perform functional tests and final inspections according to instructions and document results.
Follow work instructions, work orders, and applicable quality routines.
Participate in improvement and organization initiatives such as 5S to maintain a safe working environment.
About you
We are looking for a service-oriented and eager-to-learn person with an interest in electronics and a high sense of detail. You enjoy practical work, take responsibility for quality in your execution, and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors. Have previous experience from production or education within electronics or electrical.

Fluent English (the working language is English). Swedish occurs in communication between colleagues.
Formal competence
Vocational training or high school education in electrical, electronics, or equivalent practical experience.
Basic experience of hand soldering and working with small components.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as multimeter.
Basic computer skills and ability to document in systems.
Meritous
Experience of micro-soldering or working with SMD components.
Knowledge of blueprint reading or simple mechanical measurement methods.
Previous work in a controlled or classified environment.
