Are you responsible, hands-on, and do you thrive in an active work environment? We are now looking for General Operatives (GO) for assignments at a datacenter project in Gävle.
About the position
As a General Operative (GO), you will become an important part of the daily operations at the workplace. You will work closely with other professional groups and contribute to ensuring the workplace functions efficiently, safely, and organized.
The tasks may include, among others:
Material handling as well as loading and unloading
Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area
Assisting work teams in their daily work
Support during various work tasks at the workplace
Ensuring that work areas are kept free from obstacles and risks
Communication with colleagues and contractors
The work involves a high physical pace with a lot of standing, walking, and manual labor.
About you
Formal competence
We are looking for someone who is responsible, committed, and enjoys practical work.
You have:
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Ability to follow instructions and routines
Good teamwork skills
Good physical ability
A structured way of working and a high focus on safety
Merit-based
It is a merit if you have:
Experience from construction, industry, or project operations
Experience in material handling
Experience working with safety or work environment issues
