SHOP MANAGER

Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or personal care. Proven experience in store management and staff supervision . Strong sales and customer service skills . Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to manage, motivate, and train retail staff effectively. Good knowledge of inventory and stock management . Responsible and trustworthy in handling cash, payments, and daily sales records . Able to work independently and make appropriate decisions when required. Good organisational and time-management skills. Able to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Basic computer skills and ability to prepare simple reports. Well-groomed, presentable, and professional. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. Able to follow company policies, procedures, and management instructions. Fluent in English ; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
