Motivation Development Coordinator

We are looking for a Business Administrator, International Negotiator, Industrial Designer, Product Design, Processes and Production professional, who will be in charge of researching, planning, negotiating, and developing the best product alternatives for motivation plans for all Leonisa direct purchase countries, taking into account the requirements made by different internal clients (marketing and commercial), in order to achieve the best cost-benefit alternative for the company, promoting products of excellent quality, with a high perceived value, and guaranteeing innovative and differentiating alternatives in the market.

Main responsibilities:

1. Research global trends and new products to identify and propose innovative and relevant options for the category, in accordance with the Marketing direction.
2. Analyze the relationship between target cost, production cost, and market cost to guide product development, plan negotiations with suppliers, and propose differentiating and innovative alternatives that meet the defined quality and profitability standards.
3. Ensure the quality and durability of products through the evaluation of quotes, suppliers, and usage tests, guaranteeing compliance with quality and industrialization standards and strengthening confidence in the products delivered to the commercial force.
4. Identify and evaluate suppliers, knowing their specialties and strengths to facilitate product development and select the most suitable alternatives for the needs of the category.
5. Integrally articulate the supply chain, coordinating development, industrialization, quality inspection, foreign trade, and logistics to guarantee the timely availability of products under the required conditions for each campaign.

Requirements: Intermediate Excel Intermediate English (B2)
