Field Service Technician

Job Summary

You will provide technical support and perform routine preventive maintenance on coffee machines, including installation, relocation, and removal, ensuring optimal machine performance for office clients.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on coffee machines to maintain reliable operation
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on coffee machines to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life
• Install coffee machines at client office locations following company standards
• Relocate coffee machines efficiently while minimizing downtime for clients
• Remove coffee machines safely and prepare them for service or disposal
• Communicate clearly in English with clients and team members to coordinate service visits and report issues

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence to operate company vehicles for machine installation and relocation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to start work immediately to meet urgent client needs
• Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude to support team goals
• Availability for a 5-day work week to maintain consistent service coverage
