[MICE] Sales & Ops Executive
About the company
We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing team in the dynamic MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector. This is a 24/7 business – and we need someone who’s flexible, responsive, and always thinking two steps ahead.
Your tasks
Sales
- Proactively generate leads, pitch to corporate clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed business
- Build strong client relationships and understand their event needs inside and out
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations customized to client goals
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to grow market presence
Operations
- Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth work flow
- Manage budgets, timelines, contracts, and event deliverables under tight deadlines
- Be on-call during live events to troubleshoot and ensure smooth delivery, anytime, anywhere
- Be prepared for overseas travels.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $5,500.00 per month
