Sales Executive (Leo Self Storage Chinatown)

• Present and sell Self Storage services to both individual and business customers
• Provide consultation regarding storage size, pricing, and packages suitable for customer needs
• Manage Walk-in, telephone, and online channels (LINE, Email, Website)
• Close sales, prepare rental agreements, and follow up on payments
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and create opportunities for repeat sales (Upsell / Cross-sell)
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Update customer information and sales reports in the CRM system
• Support marketing activities such as promotions or various campaigns

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1–3 years of experience in Sales (experience in Service / Storage / Logistics will be specially considered) Good communication and negotiation skills Service-minded and able to work with a diverse range of customers Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to communicate in English or Chinese will be specially considered
