Customer Service Executive – Import-Export
-Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for import shipments via sea and air. -Prepare and manage all shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, and customs forms. -Follow up on shipment schedules and proactively resolve any delays or shipment issues. -Provide timely updates and professional communication to customers regarding shipment status. -Assist in cost estimation, quotation comparison, and support the buying team in operational planning. -Maintain accurate records of shipments, correspondence, and customer requests. -Communicate effectively in English to liaise with international suppliers, agents, and customers. -Support LML branch (Myanmar) and Logicam branch (Cambodia) in import operations and logistics coordination.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Experience with import operations via sea and air preferred. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs procedures.
