Assistant Key Account Manager

-Responsible for managing own sales volume by planning sales, forecasting sales, and executing sales of Ocean Business Services (OBS) across all Trades to the Direct Shipper customer group to achieve company-defined goals -Maintain and manage relationships with existing customers while expanding the new customer base through planning customer visits, service presentations, and continuous monitoring of customer needs -Meet and visit current and new customers according to the work plan to create business opportunities and maintain good customer relationships -Analyze and monitor Customer Performance, including managing the number of customers under responsibility to ensure continuous growth -Prepare sales plans, sales reports, Sales Forecast reports, and performance summary reports to present to the Sales Manager Coordinate with Overseas Agent customers and internal departments to ensure efficient transportation operations, while solving problems and providing advice to customers -Distribute and follow up on Sales Leads both within the organization and with Overseas Agents to support business opportunity creation -Monitor customer payments and coordinate debt collection to ensure compliance with company terms and conditions -Build and maintain good relationships with customers through business activities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty -Perform other duties as assigned and be able to adapt to business changes effectively

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or other related fields Experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Ocean Freight sales will be specially considered Possess negotiation, presentation, and Key Account Management skills Able to communicate in English at a working level Possess coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving skills Have a private car and are able to travel to meet customers and work towards sales targets
