HR Operations Manager (Thailand) Based in Bangkok (Mitrtown Office - MRT Samyan)
-Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment through to offboarding. -Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and exit processes. -Prepare and maintain employment documentation and employee records. -Support employee relations, performance management and engagement initiatives. -Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
-Ensure efficient day-to-day HR operations and administrative support for the Thailand business. -Maintain accurate HR records and HR systems. -Coordinate HR administration and employee documentation. -Oversee office administration and HR-related vendors. -Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant and audit-ready.
-Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. -Manage monthly payroll inputs with payroll vendors and regional teams. -Administer employee benefits, leave and insurance programmes. -Support salary reviews, incentive payments and compensation changes. -Respond to employee payroll and benefits enquiries.
-Ensure HR practices comply with Thai labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies. -Provide guidance on employment-related matters. -Monitor legislative changes and recommend policy updates. -Coordinate statutory submissions and regulatory compliance. -Support audits and maintain proper HR governance.
-Coordinate HR systems and employee access to support business operations. -Manage employee account creation, system access and IT onboarding and offboarding. -Partner with IT to ensure timely provisioning of equipment and access. -Maintain employee information across HR systems. -Support HR technology and process improvement initiatives
-Act as the trusted HR partner for the Thailand business while driving operational excellence. -Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers. -Partner with Regional HR, Finance, Operations and external vendors.
Qualifications: 5–8+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR & Admin experience, with ownership of the complete employee lifecycle. Strong knowledge of Thai employment laws, labour regulations and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience in payroll coordination, recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. Self-motivated, proactive and adaptable, with a strong drive to continuously improve and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach. Proficient in both written and spoken English
