• Oversee all aspects of storefront operations, including opening and closing the store according to correct procedures, managing cash, managing various product categories, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the storefront.

• Oversee storefront sales and devise strategies to achieve sales targets, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to increase sales or profit. Manage storefront income and expenses, including suggesting expense controls for maximum profit.

• Train storefront staff according to company curricula, provide guidance on conduct to storefront staff, set storefront service goals, provide regular feedback to employees, manage work schedules, and motivate staff to provide the best possible customer service.

• Ensure staff service remains at the highest standard, capable of answering customer questions, receiving feedback, and resolving immediate problems. Create an impressive storefront atmosphere that attracts customers to return.

• Oversee product placement on shelves and arrange products at the storefront to be attractive and impressive to increase sales in accordance with company policy.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions to attract customers. Oversee the execution of campaigns or promotions.

• Build good relationships with customers and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications:

• Have at least 5 years of work experience in an optical shop, retail, or fashion products.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the position of Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Associate in an optical shop, fashion products, or retail.
• Able to communicate well in English.
• Able to oversee storefront displays, manage various product categories, and manage team staff schedules.
• Able to manage and drive team members to work efficiently, communicate and provide clear feedback, delegate tasks, and solve problems.
• Able to work in shifts according to the mall's opening and closing hours (rotating holidays, 7 days off per month; holidays may not fall on public holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays).
• Able to relocate to different branches as requested by the line manager, subject to suitability.
• Ability to start work immediately will be given special consideration.
