Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities for Lenskart Thailand
Develop and implement strategies to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Lead, advise, and mentor Store Managers to drive team performance, reduce turnover, and promote professional development and growth
Ensure operational excellence by resolving inefficiencies and challenges, while developing and implementing corrective plans to increase productivity and service quality across all branches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Human Resources, and Supply Chain) to support business projects and optimize operational efficiency
Prepare and present insightful reports regarding sales performance, operational issues, and personnel development to senior management
Promote excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and deliver an outstanding brand experience
Conduct regular store performance reviews by tracking progress against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations across all branches
Qualifications: Proven experience in multi-unit retail management or as an executive in the eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle retail business A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational performance Excellent leadership, coaching, and personnel development skills A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills A professional attitude with a commitment to achieving business goals and driving team success Possess a personal car and are able to travel for work in Bangkok, metropolitan areas, and upcountry provinces Able to work in shifts according to mall opening-closing hours (rotating days off, 7 days off per month, days off may not fall on public holidays or Saturdays-Sundays) depending on the scheduling of the GM/Executives Able to communicate fluently in English for use in business meetings
