Human Resources Officer
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR files. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Prepare HR reports and support performance management activities. Maintain the company's contact directory and customer database. Coordinate incoming and outgoing business calls and customer follow-ups. Assign and distribute customer leads and phone numbers to the marketing team while tracking lead allocation. Schedule meetings, coordinate office activities, manage office supplies, and support day-to-day administrative operations. Work closely with management to improve HR processes and office efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources or Office Administration. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be willing to work full-time, on-site in Abuja.
