Manager Corporate Warehousing (m/w/d) (Logistiker/in)

What will you do?

• You will independently take over projects in the warehousing environment – from analysis and conception to implementation and monitoring of results.
• You will further develop our technology roadmap in warehousing and bring concrete automation and digitalization projects into implementation.
• You will analyze warehouse processes, key figures, and operational workflows at our locations, compare them across sites and countries, and derive realistic, economical, and effective improvement measures, which you will transform into scalable Best Practices and standards.
• You will proactively identify optimization potential and future topics – instead of just reacting to requirements, you will contribute your own impulses.
• You will work closely with our operational warehouse locations and ensure that concepts are practical, understandable, and implementable.
• You will accompany rollouts of new processes, technologies, or systems and ensure that changes are introduced, documented, and trained cleanly.
• You will coordinate internal and external interfaces – e.g., Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Purchasing, service providers, and international colleagues.

What do you bring with you? ✓ Several years (approx. 3–5 years) of relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in the environment of Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Process Management, or Automation ✓ Strong understanding of operational warehouse processes as well as the ability to develop and evaluate practical and scalable solutions ✓ Experience in managing complex projects from conception to successful implementation – including stakeholder management and decision-making ✓ Strong analytical competence paired with a data-driven approach to identifying optimization potential and deriving concrete measures ✓ Affinity for modern warehouse technologies as well as a good understanding of automation, digitalization, and the further development of system landscapes ✓ Confident and target-group-oriented communication at all levels – from operational units to management and external partners

• High level of initiative in combination with a structured, solution-oriented way of working and a strong ability to handle parallel topics confidently

✓ Very good MS-Office/Excel skills as well as good English skills for occasional international cooperation
