Senior Maintenance Engineer

•Follow up and monitoring of preventive maintenance system for all machinery/equipment and utilities services either in house and out source. •Control and monitoring of spare part and stock control. •Update of equipment and utilities standard operation procedures manual. •Monitoring maintenance budget and cost from spare part and facility. •Perform activity of Energy conservation •Provide training plans for maintenance plan for team or maintenance utility operation. •Improvement for Maintenance system ,TPM and Autonomous maintenance •Provide summary data of machine breakdown history, KPI’s matrices report. •Support TUS , SAT and document from quality concern •Analysis and summary of machine breakdown and spare part. •Finding new method/technology for improvement efficiency of work. •Support process audit from external certification bodies and customer. •Provide maintenance team to support for production equipment/machinery and utility service to ensure compliance with Company policies on Safety, health loss prevention and environmental protection. •Be a support and supervise the Maintenance team and/or assigned representative person to support maintenance activities and to ensure stable/smooth of the production process and help achieve department goal and/or KPI’s matrices and report to Maintenance Manager. •Stand by in case of problem related to machinery facility and equipment which need to be fixed on urgent basis and judgment or decision to solve the problems. •Responsible for installation, calibration and commissioning of machinery /equipment within the facility. •Work upon Maintenance Manager’s assignment or any other job duties as assign.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering. At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing industrial Have knowledge and experience in Electrical, Mechanical, facility work and design and/or installation work. Good command of English language in reading, written and oral communication are required. Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point); other tools like, E-mail, Outlook. Having experience in Robotics, Auto CAD design, PLC, HMI Programming. Experience in improving process, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other Continuous Improvement. Pneumatic and Hydraulic System Having knowledge of quality system such as ISO9001, ISO14001 etc. Supervise skill requirement, Communication, Time & Priority Management, Leadership, Technical, Judgmental, Problem solving, Interpersonal, Dissemination and planning.
