Your tasks:

• Dispatching and planning of all work arising in service, such as new installation, repair, service, or maintenance of compressor systems
• Optimal deployment planning of service technicians, including dispatching of required special tools and spare parts based on economic considerations
• Technical customer consulting, preparation of offers, as well as sale and further development of service activities
• Professional and timely processing and coordination of complaint cases
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and tools in technical service

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training in the mechanics, electrical, or mechatronics field combined with completed advanced training as a Techniker (m/f/d) or Industriemeister (m/f/d) Elektrotechnik / Maschinenbau
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position with high technical expertise, ideally in compressor and plant engineering
• Good English skills in speaking and writing as well as MS-Office skills
• You have great communication and assertiveness skills combined with diplomatic skill and strong teamwork abilities
• Entrepreneurial action with optimal resource utilization to achieve turnover reflects your ambition
• Your working style is characterized by high customer orientation, independence, reliability, and diligence
