To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Pattern Technician/Shoe Modeler (m/f/d). Your tasks:

• Accompanying product development processes
• Pattern creation: initial and production patterns, grading
• Implementation of product designs taking material properties into account
• Pattern construction in CAD
• Development of new models up to production readiness
• Further development and optimization of existing models
• Production preparation including the creation and control of technical documentation
• Quality control and quality assurance
• Material research

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a shoe technician/modeler, a completed degree in clothing technology, or a comparable training or qualification
• Initial experience in the field of shoe manufacturing and fit verification
• Very good knowledge of using a CAD pattern creation program, ideally GRAFIS CAD
• Responsible, structured, and independent way of working
• Enjoy developing new shoe models that adapt optimally to the foot
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• You are ready to contribute actively to a dedicated team
