Your tasks

Several people come by the counter at our location in Asten. Drivers show up to get their paperwork. Gardeners have a question and other visitors want to know where to go. You make sure they are helped in a good and friendly manner.

You receive visitors, help drivers with the correct documents and guide them around the premises. You also ensure that necessary paperwork is ready correctly and on time. In addition, you liaise with various departments, including production. This ensures that everyone at your desk knows what to do next. This way, they can get back to work quickly.

You ensure that drivers have the correct paperwork. In addition, you show the driver the way around the premises.

• Administration and documentation

You print production and loading documents and ensure that all necessary papers are ready correctly and in a timely manner.

• Gardeners help

You help landscapers and show them the way around the grounds.

• Visitors receive

You are the first point of contact for visitors to the counter. A business card, Legro so to speak.
