Quality Surveryor

Key Responsibilities Manage full spectrum of quantity surveying duties from pre-contract to post-contract Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and budgets Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contract terms Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and track progress claims, VO submissions, and final accounts Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual requirements Work closely with project, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution Drive timely invoicing and ensure payment collection within agreed terms Expand the vendor pools Requirements Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior fit-out / construction industry Strong knowledge of contract administration and cost control Experience in commercial, retail, or office fit-out projects preferred Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
