MSAT AI Data Analyst

In this role, you will contribute directly to better decisions, more efficient processes, and ultimately better patient care.

As part of the MSAT Data Management Team, you will bridge the gap between data engineering, advanced analytics, and manufacturing science. You will work with large amounts of data from our CAR-T production processes and help us leverage the full potential of this data through statistical analyses, machine learning, and scalable data solutions. What can you expect?

As an MSAT AI Data Analyst, you will play an important role in the further expansion of our data and analytical capabilities. You will help us evolve from making data available to generating insights that lead to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

You collect, transform, and integrate data from various systems, such as MES, eLIMS, SAP, and other production and quality platforms.

You develop and maintain scalable, automated ETL pipelines and data workflows.

You perform statistical analyses to map trends, process variation, and correlations between production parameters and quality attributes.

You apply advanced analytical techniques, machine learning, and predictive models to support process monitoring and optimization.

You support investigations and root cause analyses with strong, data-driven insights and recommendations.

You translate complex analyses into clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You contribute to the further development of our GMP Data Lake and the underlying data architecture.

You monitor the quality, consistency, and integrity of data across different data sources.

You work closely with Manufacturing, MSAT, Process Validation, Quality, and Investigation teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

You take ownership of your projects, set the right priorities, and ensure that data solutions create tangible added value for the business.

Who are we looking for?

Education

Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Bio-engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience within data engineering, data analysis, or data science.

Experience within a cGMP-regulated environment is a must.

Experience within biotech, biopharmaceutical production, or Cell & Gene Therapy is a strong asset.

You have experience applying statistical methods to production or process data.

You have experience building and automating data pipelines and ETL processes.

You have experience managing projects and setting the right priorities to achieve concrete results.

Your expertise

SQL and database structures.

Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Statsmodels, or similar).

Statistical analysis, including regression analysis, multivariate analysis, hypothesis testing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Machine learning and predictive modeling.

Data engineering and development of ETL pipelines.

Data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Power Query and advanced Excel functionalities.

Azure cloud technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure ML, or similar platforms.

Databricks or similar modern data platforms.

Knowledge of GMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and validation of automated systems (GAMP5).

Translating business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights.
