CAR-T production supervisor

Are you ready to take the lead in one of the most innovative sectors in biotechnology? As a CAR-T production supervisor at Legend Biotech, you will lead a motivated team of operators in a cleanroom facility, ensuring smooth operations and a high quality standard from start to finish. You will help ensure that daily activities run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with GMP standards. You will guide your team with all the associated responsibilities: facilitating the growth of your team, inspiring them in their daily tasks and maintaining quality levels, and solving problems as challenges arise.

What can you expect?

As a CAR-T production supervisor, you are the driving force behind our operations. These are your responsibilities:

Leading & inspiring: directing operational teams and overseeing key steps in the CAR-T production process.

Quality assurance: you manage all aspects of quality and ensure strict compliance with cGMP standards.

Collaborating and solving: you are the point of contact when challenges arise in production and work closely with other departments to find solutions.

Organizing: you manage and review critical documentation such as procedures, work instructions, logbooks, and transfer forms. You also oversee the release and review of batch records for quality control.

Training and developing talent: as a manager, you ensure that your team has the skills and knowledge to excel.

Driving operational excellence: launching projects to increase efficiency, save costs, and improve quality. Inspire continuous improvement every day.

Who are we looking for?

Education

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in sciences, bio-engineering, pharmacy, or a related field, or are equivalent through experience.

Experience

You have:

Experience leading a team in a regulated environment,

Or at least 3 years of experience in a GMP or ATMP environment (preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry) and ambition for the new challenge of leading a team.

Expertise

You have knowledge of cGMP regulations and cleanroom operations.

You work fluently with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems is a plus.

Languages

You speak and write English fluently.
