Legelata Law Firm is looking for a smart, organized and proactive Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support the Firm's marketing and business development activities and coordinate selected internal operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a background in marketing, communications or business development who is curious, capable and interested in developing within a professional services environment.

The role combines marketing and business development, executive support, and people/office coordination , with marketing and business development being its primary focus.

Marketing & Business Development

Coordinate and implement the Firm's marketing and business development activities;

Manage the Firm's social media presence and content calendar;

Work with the Firm's lawyers to prepare and publish professional content;

Maintain and update website content;

Support digital marketing initiatives and campaigns;

Coordinate participation in professional directories, rankings, conferences and events;

Assist with presentations, proposals and other marketing materials;

Coordinate external designers, photographers and other marketing service providers;

Keep track of marketing and business development initiatives and ensure appropriate follow-up;

Monitor basic marketing results and help identify opportunities for improvement.

Executive & Operational Support

Support the Managing Partner with meetings, correspondence, follow-ups and selected business initiatives;

Keep track of agreed actions and help ensure their completion;

Assist with presentations, documents and internal communications;

Coordinate selected administrative and organizational matters.

People & HR Coordination

Coordinate recruitment processes and communication with candidates;

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding;

Maintain basic employee and HR records;

Coordinate leave, internal events and other routine people-related processes;

Support implementation of the Firm's internal procedures.

University degree, preferably in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field ;

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, business development or a related role;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Very good command of Armenian and English ;

Good understanding of social media and digital marketing;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments;

Ability to manage several tasks and follow-ups simultaneously;

Confidence working directly with senior management;

Good command of standard office and digital productivity tools.

Experience in a law firm is not required . Experience in professional services, consulting, finance, technology or another B2B environment will be considered an advantage.
